144.092 COORDINATED NUTRITION DATA COLLECTION. The commissioner of health may develop and coordinate a reporting system to improve the state's ability to document inadequate nutrient and food intake of Minnesota's children and adults and to identify problems and determine the most appropriate strategies for improving inadequate nutritional status.
