144.92 GRANTS OR GIFTS. The board is authorized to receive and expend in accordance with approved plans such funds as may be granted by the Public Health Service or any other federal agency which may appropriate funds for this purpose, or such funds as may be received as gifts from private organizations and individuals to the state for carrying out the purposes of section 144.91.
