144A.115 VIOLATIONS; PENALTIES. Subdivision 1. Operating without a license. The operation of a facility providing services required to be licensed under sections 144A.02 to 144A.10 without a license is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than $300. Subd. 2. Advertising without a license. A person or entity that advertises a facility required to be licensed under sections 144A.02 to 144A.10 before obtaining a license is guilty of a misdemeanor. Subd. 3.
