144G.93 CONSUMER ADVOCACY AND LEGAL SERVICES. Upon execution of an assisted living contract, every facility must provide the resident with the names and contact information, including telephone numbers and email addresses, of: (1) nonprofit organizations that provide advocacy or legal services to residents including but not limited to the designated protection and advocacy organization in Minnesota that provides advice and representation to individuals with disabilities; and (2) the Office of Ombudsman for Long-Term Care and the Office of Ombudsman for Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities.
