144H.15 INSPECTIONS. (a) The commissioner may inspect a PPEC center, including records held at the center, at reasonable times as necessary to ensure compliance with this chapter and the rules that apply to PPEC centers. During an inspection, a center must provide the commissioner with access to all center records.
