145.957 ELIGIBILITY. The implementation plan must ensure that all residents of Minnesota are eligible for services under the program. The plan must make services available on a sliding fee basis. The commissioner shall develop a sliding fee scale for the program. History: 1996 c 451 art 4 s 31
