148B.385 DISCIPLINARY RECORD ON JUDICIARY REVIEW. Upon judicial review of any board disciplinary or adverse action taken under sections 148B.29 to 148B.392, the reviewing court shall seal the administrative record, except for the board's final decision, and shall not make the administrative record available to the public.
