148E.015 SCOPE. This chapter applies to all applicants and licensees, all persons who use the title social worker, and all persons who engage in the practice of social work, as defined in section 148E.010, in this state, regardless of the practitioner's or client's location, unless there are specific applicable exemptions provided by law.
