153.23 DISCIPLINARY INVESTIGATION. Subdivision 1. Malpractice complaints. Whenever the files maintained by the board show that a podiatric medical malpractice settlement or award to the plaintiff has been made against a podiatrist as reported by insurers, the executive director may initiate a complaint under section 214.10. Subd. 2. Access to hospital records.
