160.12 MS 1953 [Repealed, 1957 c 943 s 72] 160.12 TEMPORARY ROADS AROUND CONSTRUCTION. When a road authority determines that construction or maintenance work on a public highway under its jurisdiction requires a temporary road around the portion of the highway under construction or maintenance, the road authority may by order or resolution establish and construct a temporary road adequate for such purpose and procure the necessary right-of-way therefor in the manner provided by law.
