160.282 PUBLIC TRAVEL FACILITIES. Notwithstanding any other statute to the contrary, the commissioner of transportation may negotiate contracts, with or without requiring the submission of bids therefor, for the providing of maintenance services for interstate and trunk highway rest stop and tourist information centers.
