160.284 RESORT SIGNS; DESIGN AND MANUFACTURE. The Department of Transportation shall design a sign of such size and dimension and of a type sufficient to provide directional information, on slats designed for that purpose, for at least five individual resorts. The Department of Transportation shall contract for the construction or manufacture of such signs, either with private industry or through some agency of the state.
