161.15 MS 1957 [Repealed, 1959 c 500 art 6 s 13] 161.15 SPECIFIC LOCATION; LIMITATION ON DEVIATIONS. The commissioner may specifically and definitely locate all of the routes of the trunk highway system, but in so locating same, the commissioner shall not deviate from the starting points or terminals as set forth in the route description; nor shall there be any deviation from the various cities named in the routes through which such routes shall pass.
