161.366 CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT; TACONITE RELIEF AREA. The commissioner of transportation, as a condition of awarding a transportation construction contract in the taconite tax relief area, may require the contractor to hire a certain percentage of workers for that contract whose principal place of residence is in the taconite tax relief area.
