161.42 LEASING OR SALE OF SOUNDING AND TESTING EQUIPMENT. The commissioner may sell or lease to other road authorities sounding and testing equipment made by the Transportation Department. Such equipment shall be sold for not less than the cost to the department. All money received from the sale or leasing of the equipment shall be paid into the trunk highway fund.
