168.276 SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION OF DEALER LICENSE. Every court having jurisdiction over offenses committed in violation of the provisions of section 168.275 hereof shall forward to the registrar of motor vehicles of this state within ten days following a conviction, a record thereof. If a person so convicted holds a license as a dealer for the sale of new or used motor vehicles under the provisions of section 168.27, upon the receipt by the registrar of motor vehicles of a second record of conviction of such dealer, the registrar of motor vehicles shall suspend such dealer's license for a period of 30 days, and upon receipt of a third record of conviction of any such dealer, the registrar of motor vehicles shall permanently revoke such dealer's license.
