168.846 MISDEMEANOR VIOLATION OF RENTAL VEHICLE LAWS. Any person who shall knowingly submit any false or incomplete information or report required by sections 168.841 to 168.846 or rule promulgated pursuant to sections 168.841 to 168.846 or who shall in any manner violate any provision of sections 168.841 to 168.846 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
