171.043 NOTICE OF PERSONS UNDER DRIVER'S LICENSE CANCELLATION. The commissioner of public safety shall develop a program under which the commissioner provides a monthly notice to local law enforcement agencies of the names and addresses of persons residing within the local agency's jurisdiction whose drivers' licenses or driving privileges have been canceled under section 171.04, subdivision 1, clause (10). At the commissioner's discretion, the commissioner may adopt necessary procedures so that the information is current and accurate.
