171.066 ENHANCED DRIVER'S LICENSE FOR EMPLOYMENT. No employer may require an employee to apply for or use an enhanced driver's license as a condition of employment, nor may an employer discharge an employee or otherwise discriminate or retaliate against an employee who refuses to apply for or use an enhanced driver's license.
