171.068 ENHANCED IDENTIFICATION CARD FOR EMPLOYMENT. No employer may require an employee to apply for or use an enhanced identification card as a condition of employment, nor may an employer discharge an employee or otherwise discriminate or retaliate against an employee who refuses to apply for or use an enhanced identification card.
