171.175 SUSPENSION; THEFT OF MOTOR FUEL OFFENSE. Subdivision 1. Theft of motor fuel. The commissioner of public safety shall suspend for 30 days the license of any person convicted or juvenile adjudicated delinquent for theft of motor fuel under section 609.52, subdivision 2, paragraph (a), clause (1) or (18).
