171.36 LICENSE FEES; RENEWAL. All licenses expire one year from the date of issuance and may be renewed upon application to the commissioner. Each application for an original or renewal school license must be accompanied by a fee of $150 and each application for an original or renewal instructor's license must be accompanied by a fee of $50. The license fees collected under sections 171.33 to 171.41 must be paid into the driver and vehicle services operating account under section 299A.705.
