171.54 REPORTING TO LICENSING AUTHORITY. A court or other agency or political subdivision of this state, that has jurisdiction to take action regarding the suspension, revocation, cancellation, or other limitation of a license to drive, shall promptly report the action and the circumstances upon which it is based to the licensing authority on forms furnished by the department.
