174.45 PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIPS; JOINT PROGRAM OFFICE. The commissioner may establish a joint program office to oversee and coordinate activities to develop, evaluate, and implement public-private partnerships involving public infrastructure investments. At the request of the commissioner of transportation, the commissioner of management and budget, the commissioner of employment and economic development, the executive director of the Public Facilities Authority, and other state agencies shall cooperate with and provide assistance to the commissioner of transportation for activities related to public-private partnerships involving public infrastructure investments.
