174.59 OPERATION COSTS FOR CENTRAL OFFICE BUILDING. The cost of operation and maintenance of the central office building for the Department of Transportation, or the portion that is properly attributable to the Department of Transportation, must be paid as follows: (1) 75 percent from the trunk highway fund, from available departmental resources; and (2) 25 percent from the general fund, for which an amount sufficient is annually appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner.
