174.60 RAILROAD PASSENGER SERVICE PROVIDED. The purpose and intent of sections 174.60 to 174.63 is to provide for a balanced transportation system in the state, required by the public convenience and necessity, by making available rail passenger service not provided by the National Railroad Passenger Corporation in its basic national rail passenger system.
