174.61 DEFINITIONS. Subdivision 1. Scope. For the purposes of sections 174.60 to 174.63 the terms defined in this section have the meanings given them. Subd. 2. Corporation. 'Corporation' means the National Railroad Passenger Corporation created pursuant to the Rail Passenger Service Act of 1970, Public Law 91-518. Subd. 3. Governmental unit.
