16A.47 COMMISSIONER'S ACCOUNT, DOCUMENT DUTIES. The commissioner shall make and keep in the department's office a record of all accounts and documents required by law to be returned to or filed with the commissioner. The commissioner shall file and keep all official receipts and vouchers. The commissioner shall also keep an account for each appropriation, showing the disbursements.
