16B.241 COORDINATED FACILITY PLANNING. The commissioner of administration shall develop a coordinated facility planning process for offices located outside the metropolitan area for the following agencies: the Departments of Health, Agriculture, and Natural Resources; the Pollution Control Agency; and the Board of Water and Soil Resources. Any proposals for consolidation or construction of facilities for these agencies that are included in budget documents submitted to the legislature under section 16A.11 must first be considered as part of the planning process required by this section.
