16B.485 INTERFUND LOANS. The commissioner may, with the approval of the commissioner of management and budget, make loans from an internal service or enterprise fund to another internal service or enterprise fund, and the amount necessary is appropriated from the fund that makes the loan. The commissioner shall report the amount and purpose of the loan to the chair of the committee or division in the senate and house of representatives with primary jurisdiction over the budget of the Department of Administration.
