16C.21 CRIMINAL PENALTY. A person who knowingly provides false information to a public official or employee for the purpose of obtaining or retaining certification as a small targeted group business or a small business located in an economically disadvantaged area under sections 16C.16 to 16C.20, 137.31, 137.35, 161.321, or 473.142 is guilty of a misdemeanor.
