17.496 QUARANTINE FACILITY; RULES. By July 1, 1992, the commissioner of natural resources shall adopt rules, in consultation with the commissioner of agriculture and the Aquaculture Advisory Committee, for the construction and operation of a quarantine facility for fish eggs presently requiring quarantine and disposition of fish from the facility. Fish in a quarantine station that are determined to be disease-free under the procedures developed by the commissioner of natural resources may be bought, sold, or transported.
