17.861 REPLACEMENT OF MERCURY MANOMETERS. The commissioner, in cooperation with the Pollution Control Agency, dairy equipment manufacturers and suppliers, and other interested parties, shall develop a program to provide replacement nonmercury manometers for a $50 fee and to arrange for the acceptance, disposal, and recycling of the mercury, apparatus, and manometers at no cost to the dairy farmer.
