17A.09 FEEDER PIG MARKETS. The commissioner may, by rules promulgated in accordance with sections 14.05 to 14.28, establish requirements for record making and retention, of livestock purchases and sales by operators of feeder pig markets, as the commissioner deems necessary to protect the public.
