18B.24 UNSATISFIED JUDGMENTS. (a) An applicant for a commercial, noncommercial, or structural pest control license and a commercial, noncommercial, or structural pest control applicator may not allow a final judgment against the applicant or applicator for damages arising from a violation of a provision of this chapter to remain unsatisfied for a period of more than 30 days. (b) Failure to satisfy within 30 days a final judgment resulting from these pest control activities will result in automatic suspension of the applicator license. History: 1987 c 358 s 66
