18C.301 MIXING PESTICIDE WITH FERTILIZER, SOIL AMENDMENT, OR PLANT AMENDMENT. A distributor who blends, mixes, or otherwise adds pesticides to fertilizers, soil amendments, or plant amendments must: (1) be licensed under section 18C.415; and (2) comply with the provisions of chapter 18B and the federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act, Public Law 92-516, as amended.
