18C.565 FALSE OR MISLEADING STATEMENTS. A person may not sell a misbranded agricultural liming material. An agricultural liming material is misbranded if it carries a false or misleading statement on the container or on the label attached to the container or if false or misleading statements concerning the agricultural liming material are disseminated in any manner or by any means.
