21.92 SEED INSPECTION ACCOUNT. There is established in the agricultural fund an account known as the seed inspection account. Fees and penalties collected by the commissioner under sections 21.80 to 21.92 and interest attributable to money in the account shall be deposited into this account. Money in the account, including interest earned, is appropriated to the commissioner for the administration and enforcement of sections 21.80 to 21.92.
