32D.08 MANUFACTURING GRADE DAIRY FARM INSPECTION; FEES. (a) A producer selling milk for manufacturing purposes must be inspected at least once every 12 months. (b) The fee for the certification inspection must not be more than $25 per producer, to be paid annually by the processor or the marketing organization on behalf of its patrons. (c) For a producer requiring more than one inspection for certification, a reinspection fee of $45 must be paid by the processor or by the marketing organization on behalf of its patrons.
