35.16 TRANSPORTATION COMPANIES TO HOLD LIVESTOCK AND POULTRY. If rules of the board have not been complied with, transportation companies shall notify the board and shall hold the animals or poultry at the first station within Minnesota where there are suitable facilities for holding animals or poultry for inspection by the board.
