176.603 COST OF ADMINISTERING CHAPTER, PAYMENT. The annual cost to the commissioner of the Department of Administration of administering this chapter in relation to state employees and the necessary expenses which the Department of Administration or the attorney general incurs in investigating, administering, and defending a claim against the state for compensation shall be paid from the state compensation revolving fund.
