179.15 VIOLATORS NOT ENTITLED TO BENEFITS OF CERTAIN SECTIONS. Any employer, employee, or labor organization who has violated any of the provisions of sections 179.01 to 179.17 with respect to any labor dispute shall not be entitled to any of the benefits of sections 179.01 to 179.17 respecting such labor disputes and such employer, employee, or labor organization shall not be entitled to maintain in any court of this state an action for injunctive relief with respect to any matters growing out of that labor dispute, until good faith use is made of all means available under the laws of the state of Minnesota for the peaceable settlement of the dispute.
