179.29 DISTRICT COURT; JURISDICTION. The district court of any county in which the employer does any business shall have jurisdiction to entertain an action arising under sections 179.26 to 179.29. Such action shall be tried by the court with a jury unless a jury be waived. History: 1945 c 414 s 4
