181.09 RECOVERY OF WAGES, COSTS. When any public service corporation neglects or refuses to pay its employees, as prescribed by section 181.08, the wages may be recovered by action without further demand. Costs of $10 shall be allowed to the plaintiff and included in the judgment, in addition to disbursements allowed by law.
