192.105 OFFICERS; SELECTION, ASSIGNMENT, PROMOTION. Officers for the Minnesota National Guard shall be selected, commissioned, or appointed by the governor upon the recommendation of the adjutant general provided the persons have met all qualifications prescribed by federal law.
