192.11 OFFICERS HAVE POWERS AND DUTIES OF UNITED STATES OFFICERS. In addition to the powers and duties prescribed in the Military Code, all officers of the Minnesota National Guard shall have the same powers, including the power to administer oaths, and perform the same duties as officers of similar rank and position in the armed forces of the United States that are authorized by federal law.
