192.525 POSTDEPLOYMENT HEALTH ASSESSMENTS. The adjutant general must establish a program of postdeployment comprehensive health and wellness assessments for members of the National Guard who have been called into active military service and deployed outside the state. There must be at least one health and wellness assessment conducted between approximately six months and not later than one year after the end of a member's deployment. The adjutant general may call on other state agencies, the United States Department of Veterans Affairs, county veteran service officers, and other appropriate resources in administering this program.
