192A.582 ASSAULT. Any person subject to this code who: (1) commits an act with intent to cause fear in another of immediate bodily harm or death; or (2) intentionally inflicts or attempts to inflict bodily harm upon another; shall be punished as a court-martial may direct. History: 2002 c 308 s 53
