198.001 DEFINITIONS. Subdivision 1. Scope. For the purposes of this chapter, the terms defined in this section have the meanings given them. Subd. 2. Resident. 'Resident' means a person admitted to any of the Minnesota veterans homes. Subd. 3. [Repealed, 1975 c 61 s 26] Subd. 4. Administrator. 'Administrator' means an administrator of any of the Minnesota veterans homes. Subd. 5. Commissioner. 'Commissioner' means the commissioner of veterans affairs. Subd. 6.
