198.065 CHIROPRACTIC CARE AVAILABILITY. In addition to the other services now provided to residents of the Minnesota veterans homes, the commissioner shall provide chiropractic services. The services shall be provided, as appropriations permit, without charge to residents by a licensed chiropractor who is either employed by the commissioner for the purpose or who has contracted with the commissioner to provide the services.
